Introduction

Zuvy is an online education platform for underprivileged girls that aims to bring affordable tech education through bootcamps and degree programs.

What was our main concern?

Zuvy team had been using third-part LMS tools to conduct their online programs for a while. However, they weren’t satisfied with the existing user experience and costs. Their team wasn’t able to be flexible in their approach and was limited with the features provided by the third-party platforms.

Design Approach

Understanding all the problems, we started out with the solving the problems for the students' side of the platform:

User research: Zuvy team had already been conducting their programs through third-party tools. We deep dived into the gathered feedback with the relevant team members.

Design solutions: ‍

1. A student dashboard as a one stop place to check the progress and access course material and submissions
2. View and enroll to relevant courses
3. Learn through different types of course material and practice their concepts through coding problems
